Hosea 4:6 (NLT)
My people are destroyed because they don’t know me.
A lot of beautiful and good Christian people are ignorant of how God works in our lives.
When I first heard this scripture many years ago, I used to think thank God I’m saved as I thought it was speaking about unsaved souls. How wrong I was and today I have learned and still continue to learn from the word of God because it is so alive and as we grow and mature, God brings more life through scriptures we thought we knew and also in the ones we have still to learn, Amen. How beautiful is that? How good is our God? He is inexhaustible, and I just love it. Amen.
Today I would say to you that we are all ignorant of God’s word until He reveals the truth of it through us reading the teaching and the hearing the word spoken.
Many of us are blessed with joy, strategy and vision and are excited about what Father has for us and the people who live in the world want to see something of value that they would love to have, and it creates in them a hunger to know more.
Look at Elijah and Elisha in 1st Kings chapter 30 – Elisha saw what Elijah had and he got a double portion how good is that.
When we walk hand in hand with FATHER God through the power of the Holy Spirit we grow and mature with more confidence in who we are through Him, Amen.
And then we look act and talk more Christlike every day and others want to know what we have its exciting days right now as Father is revealing more and more, Amen.
Let us come boldly to the throne and in confidence ask God for more wisdom knowledge courage and speak out what He asks you to speak. Amen.
Ask him to show you and guide you how to use your faith for your needs how to speak to your family how to share your faith how to encourage others.
James 4:3
We have not because we ask not. Because we ask wrongly
Have we got unforgiveness in our hearts or covetousness etc.
If we humble ourselves and then come before Him forgetting our needs and seeking only His kingdom with a clean heart, then we will hear Him and receive Him.
I want to encourage you all today that our father only wants to bless us and all we must do is receive these blessings by faith.
If we doubt, then it opens a door fear and reasoning, and we need to conquer that fear.
2 Timothy 1 :7
For God has not given us the spirit of fear
So, fear is a spirit, and we need to get rid of it does not come from God so if we are afraid then we have opened a door to the devil and let him in
Luke 10:19
God has given us the power to tread on these things, so we just rise and say get behind me Satan and speak the word of truth out.
Depend on God, he has given us His son who has conquered death and the Holy Spirit to help us second by second.
Jeremiah 33:3
Call unto me and I will answer you.
Ephesian 3:20
According to the power that works in you.
How does the devil get his power? Only by what you give him.
We need to speak back to the devil and we can’t do it with our mouths shut take the word and talk back.
Try not to talk negatively about health finance situations, etc. Just keep speaking the word of God over them, Amen.
The word tells us we have that authority so use it as often as you can. God will strengthen you He is with you always.
Mathew 28:20
See I am with you always even to the end of age.
Isaiah 46:3-4
Hearken to me o house of Jacob and all the remnant of the house of Israel which are borne by me. And even to your old age I am He and even to your grey hairs will I carry you I have made, and I will bear I will carry, and I will deliver you.
Take your mind up to the word of God do not bring the word down to your mindset. We have to walk and be committed to God not the world.
Psalm 78: 41
Yes, they turned their back and tempted God and limited the Holy one of Israel.
The whole of this psalm speaks of how often his children came against Him in disbelief.
Are you limiting God?
I want to encourage you all today that our father only wants to bless us and all we have to do is receive these blessings by faith.
