2: Enlarge the place of your tent
And let them stretch out the curtains of your dwellings.
Do not spare.
Lengthen your cords
And strengthen your stakes.
Enlarge the place.
How do you enlarge anything? The dictionary tells me by growing speaking or writing.
The place is the tent, and the tent is you.
By meditating on the word, you will grow the tent is you.
You grow by meditating on the word for your situation by searching the scriptures relating to your situation then feeding on them absorbing them into your mind, spirit, and act on them by agreeing with them speaking the word out over your life or journaling.
Keep speaking that word – it’s not what you feel its what you say that’s faith by agreeing with what God says increases our faith and this is what will stretch your curtains and grow your faith this is what will change your circumstances.
Consistently speaking and agreeing with God’s word not only renews your mind this will enlarge your capacity to receive from God. Many Christians do not really believe that healing is for them or that they must eat the crumbs from the table when God really wants to provide and bless us.
When you start doing this it will be hard however, persevere to renew our minds and come into agreement with God’s ways are not easy.
Romans 12:2 (NJK)
And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God,
Let’s look at Luke 7 :1-10 and just read what God said about a situation in the life of a centurion soldier this soldier heard believed and spoke and look what Jesus said.
Another example
Numbers 13:1-3
Moses sent out 10 spies and except for Joshua & Caleb who were ready the others limited God and the result was that generation except for Joshua & Caleb never saw the promised land.
Look at what was said in Numbers 14:7-11: Caleb had a spirit of faith still in him some 45 years later this is how he saw the victory.
Joshua was also advised by God:
Joshua 1:8
When God said to him this book of the law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night that you may observe and do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous and then you will have great success.
What a statement! If we could just get a hold of that.
We need to develop and train our faith look at.
Numbers 14:24 and at what God says
But my servant Caleb because he has a different spirit in him and has followed me fully, I will bring into the land where he went, and his descendants shall inherit it.
Caleb had a big spirit of FAITH.
Let’s look at 2 Cor. 4:13 (NKJ): And since we have the same Spirit of faith, according to what is written I believed and therefore I spoke we also believe and therefore speak.
Take what God has promised in His word and speak it out of your mouth
Proverbs 4:20-22
My son give attention to my words.
Incline your ear to my sayings.
Do not let them depart from your eyes;
Keep them in the midst of your heart
For they are life to those who find them, and health to all their flesh
Let’s look at Isaiah 54:2 again
Are you enlarging your tent and stretching your curtains?
It also says do not spare so we need to keep going with that word to reach our destination to lengthen our cords and strengthen our stakes by standing on what Gods word says not by our feelings this is faith.
And Hebrews 11 :1 tells us that faith is the evidence of things not yet seen
When we immerse ourselves in the word for our situation not in the circumstances then supernaturally God steps in and the circumstances change.
Mark 11:23 (NKJ)
For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, be removed and cast into the sea and does not doubt in his heart but believes that those things he says will be done, then he will have whatever he says.
Become single minded in Gods word.
If you want manifestation beyond what you have you will have to stretch your faith otherwise you will stay the same.
You do not submit to disease or poverty you only submit to the word of God.
A person who stays single minded on the word of God will enlarge their capacity to receive from God.
Stay in meditation on the word for your circumstances not on your need and God will break through declare His word pertaining to the circumstance repeatedly Amen this will develop your spirit of faith.
Hebrews 6:11-12
And we desire that each one of you show the same diligence to the full assurance of hope until the end,
12 that you do not become sluggish but imitate those who through faith and patience inherit the promises.
Keep Gods promises in the soil of your heart be patient and you will reap a harvest.
Meditate on what you need to do to enlarge your capacity.
Renew your mind to agree with Gods word Romans 12:1-2
You become what you are immersed in
James 1:5-8 (NKJ)
If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him.
6: But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea driven and tossed by the wind.
7: for let not that man suppose that he will receive anything from the lord.
8 He is a double- minded man, unstable in all his ways.
Meditate on what you need to do to enlarge your capacity.
Renew your mind to agree with Gods word Romans 12:1-2
