What God Says Is True (II)

What God says is True part II

We spoke a lot of last week on how much God loves us and had some scriptures which helped us see and understand that we are so precious to Him. We also looked at some of the ways we speak over ourselves and recognised the importance of what and how we are using our words and I would like us to look at some more of the way we can train ourselves to renew our minds and help us to get in line with what Father says and thinks about us.

We can start by changing one thought at a time and replace that thought with something good.

To erase it you must replace it

Start of your day with the Lord thank Him for his favour upon you that goes before you and that he is fighting your battles.

Exodus 14:14

The Lord shall fight for you, and you shall hold your peace.

Isaiah 26:3

You will keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on you because he trusts in you.

Father God gave His own son Just for you.

Let us look at these two scriptures the lord IS fighting our battles if we trust Him therefore this results in our peace because we are not worrying.

Why because when we decide to trust Him and keep our mind fixed on what He can do then we are trusting in Him for the results.

Psalm 107:2

Let the redeemed of the Lord say so whom He has redeemed from the hand of the enemy.

As I said earlier God has given His son for you and me. He has redeemed us from the enemy’s hand Amen. let’s trust Him with all our difficulties the answers are already there we just keep speaking out the truth in agreement with His word.

Put a watch on your mouth and get into agreement with the word.

Matthew 4:4

Jesus said It is written man shall not live by bread alone but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God.

The bible only talks about feeding your Spirit so connect with someone who will encourage you and learn and grow allow yourself to change clear out the clutter and decide what is important to you.

We are a people who really need our faith to walk daily in action of believing that we are His child. What giftings and talents has he given you they are already in you start using them.

Negativity starts in your thoughts so when we spend time with Father try to make it in the morning before you step out that door and meet people then you are ready prepared and in the right attitude to deal with anything that comes your way.

That is what we say is putting on your armour would you go out for a physical battle without your sword shield and helmet?

You will find all the relevant scriptures for this in Ephesians Chapter 6

The more you practice the better you will get however you need to keep practising.

I have heard people say for example I am not a morning person well the challenge here is what has changed in your d life? Are there things you have wanted to change and are still the same, because when we desire to change from negative to thankfulness then we have a choice.

It also teaches us in scripture to seek first the Kingdom of God then all these things will be added to us Matthew 6:33

What do you really believe about yourself? what thought patterns have you got that really need to change, and then start to replace those thoughts one at a time this takes practise. When you speak negatively about yourself then you are disrespectful to God and as I said last week you grieve the Holy Spirit why would we want to do that?

Is there a bit of fear and doubt inside you within a certain area for example sickness or work issue then get what Fathers word is saying about that situation and start speaking and declaring it out over yourself? And when you can speak it out into the atmosphere of your home.

Testimony re cancer

Its an exchange fear for faith.

Fear is a door you step through into faith.

Get around friends and family who encourage and push you upwards.

Phil 4:13 tells me I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

Proverbs 25:28

He that has no rule over his own spirit is like a city that is broken down without walls.

This scripture teaches me that I can rule over my Spirit, and I can teach it to think and be positive about who I am in Christ.

We have been programmed to think negatively since we were young.

I have said many times it does not matter about anyone else is but it does matter where you are.

Another question is do I want to change?

Father has written in his word that He who has begun a good work in you will perfect it unto the day of Christ Phil 1:6

However, He will not force you He has given you a free will

Are you willing to change?

Here are some more ways to change your thoughts.

Thank you, Lord, that this is the day you have made, and I will rejoice and be glad in it.

Praise and thanksgiving during a battle will always bring us to a place of peace.

Lord thank you it going to be a good day.

Lord thanks that today you are fighting my battles and I will remain in peace.

Put scriptures of who you are in Him up around the house on your phone in your car and remind yourself constantly of how precious you are it’s a daily battle so keep your mind and thoughts on who you are in Him, Amen.

These are ways to replace those negative thoughts.

To erase it you must replace it.

Read it Speak it and do it, Amen.

What are your struggles replace them with what God says He gave his son for you and left his word for you and gave you His Holy Spirit and what He says is true for God does not lie AMEN.

See yourself as he sees you in your minds eye get a picture of how God sees you, make decisions and let God help you open your mouth and let God fill it.

What has God given you as your vision is it promotion at work, starting a business, being a good wife and mother, working with children, going on mission, supporting others.

Working in the ministry whatever it is.

Protect your vision

Reminds me of the story in Luke when Mary was pregnant with Jesus and God sent her to be with Elizabeth who was pregnant with John the Baptist, and she was there for three months and that is a long time when you are pregnant to be away from home have you thought about what God was doing in that situation?

I believe she was sent there to be with the right person to encourage her, think about the stigma that she might be in at home, also God had shut Zacharias mouth so that he would not speak because he did not believe, and God would not want any negativity into Elizabeth’s mind about changing any thoughts that God had given her.

(Luke 1:17-50)

Also have you noticed that it was the women God was protecting.

Who are you hanging out with? do they encourage you or build you up.

Take care of yourself it’s the most important thing you can do physically spiritually and emotionally. Keep God on the throne every day of your life is written in His book. He had all the solutions before you even had the problems.

Those who believe enter His rest (Heb. 4:3-10)

Isaiah 40:31 says

Those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength

They shall mount up with wings like eagles

They shall run and not be weary

They shall walk and not faint

I will finish with this are you flying like an eagle or just getting by.
