Jesus said in Math 12:29 you can’t enter a strong man’s house and spoil his goods except first you bind the strong man.
Father in heaven I come before you and decree and declare that according to your word and say you spirit operating in the life of my (Name) blinding (Name) to the gospel to keep (Name) out of the kingdom. I bind you now in the name of Jesus because I belong to the Lord Jesus and carry His authority and, in His name, I command you to leave. I spoil your house according to the word of God and I enter it to deliver my (Name) from your hands.
Now persevere and keep that spirit bound. The person you are praying for may invite it back in faster than you can cast it out, but you can bind that spirit and keep it bound so persevere.
